How can we help?

How does Zenlyz choose my task?
Zenlyz looks at everything you've added and asks one question: what matters most right now?
Events that are about to start come first, then routines that are due, then your flexible tasks — ranked by priority, how long they've waited and which areas of your life have had the least attention lately. You only ever see one card.
What do High, Medium and Low mean?
Priority sets a window, not a deadline. High gives a task two days, Medium a week and Low a month, each running to the end of its last day.
When the window closes, Zenlyz asks you to review the task: mark it done, give it a fresh start, or let it go. A task can have a fresh start up to three times.
What does Not now do?
It sets the task aside for a few hours and shows you the next one. The task comes back on its own later.
How do events and routines work?
An event has a start time, like a meeting: it appears half an hour before it starts. A routine repeats daily, weekly or monthly and appears when it's due.
If you're busy, you can move today's routine to a later time, or skip it for today.
Why can I only have 7 tasks?
The free version keeps up to 7 active tasks at a time, to keep things light. Finish or remove a task to add another, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited tasks.
How do I back up my tasks, or move to a new device?
Backup is part of Zenlyz Pro. Pro backs up automatically to your own iCloud on iPhone, or to your own Google Drive on Android (Profile › Google Drive Backup). On a new device signed in to the same account, Zenlyz offers to restore it the first time you open the app.
Pro can also save a backup file at any time: Profile › Backup & Restore › Back Up Everything. Open Restore from Backup on the new device to bring everything back — this also moves your tasks between iPhone and Android.
Without Pro, your tasks live only on the device you're using, so deleting the app deletes them.
I reinstalled Zenlyz, or got a new device. How do I get Pro back?
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought Pro with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Profile › Subscription, or Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
On Android: open Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.
What happens to my tasks if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every task and all your history. You can't add new tasks until you're under 7 active ones, Flow Zone goes back to one round a day, and automatic backup stops.
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
Open the Pro screen and tap Have a code? Redeem it. On Android this opens Google Play's redeem page.
Does Zenlyz work offline?
Yes. Everything works without a connection. You only need one to buy Pro, restore a purchase, or back up to the cloud.
How do I change the language?
Zenlyz follows your device's language: English, Spanish or Japanese. On iPhone you can also choose a language just for Zenlyz in Settings › Apps › Zenlyz › Language.
How do I add the Zenlyz widget? (iPhone)
Long-press an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for Zenlyz, choose a size and tap Add Widget. It shows the task Zenlyz has chosen for you.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app: Profile › Reset (at the bottom of the page) › Yes, reset. Or simply delete the app.
Backups made with Pro live in your own cloud: on iPhone, Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage storage › Zenlyz; on Android, Google Drive on the web › Settings › Manage apps › Zenlyz › Delete hidden app data.

Still need help?
In the app, go to Profile › Send Feedback, or email us directly. Please don't send your task list — we never need it.
