These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd.'s website, located at https://zenlyz.com, and of the Zenlyz mobile application.
By accessing this website or using the Zenlyz app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Zenlyz if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence to use Zenlyz or to make a purchase. If you are under that age, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Cookies
https://zenlyz.com does not use cookies, analytics or trackers.
The Zenlyz app does not use cookies and does not track you.
Licence
Unless otherwise stated, Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Zenlyz. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this material for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Copy or republish material from Zenlyz
Sell, rent or sub-licence material from Zenlyz
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Zenlyz
Redistribute content from Zenlyz
The Zenlyz app
Subscriptions and purchases
Zenlyz is free to download and use. It offers optional paid upgrades ("Zenlyz Pro") through the Apple App Store.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Monthly — billed every month
Yearly — billed every 12 months
One-time purchase
Lifetime — a single payment, with no renewal
Prices are shown in the App Store and inside the app in your local currency and may vary by region and over time. The price displayed to you at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for.
The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It does not auto-renew and does not need to be cancelled.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Zenlyz Pro supports Apple Family Sharing where you have it enabled, allowing Pro access to be shared with your family group in accordance with Apple's terms.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple, not by Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd. We are not able to issue refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple and can be made at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. This does not affect any statutory right to a refund you may have under the law of your country of residence.
App licence
Use of the Zenlyz app itself is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
The website terms in this document apply to https://zenlyz.com. This section and Apple's EULA govern the app.
Accuracy of information
We do not warrant that the information on this website is correct, complete or accurate, nor do we promise that the website will remain available or that the material on it is kept up to date.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph, and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
The website and the information and services on it are provided free of charge, and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising from their use. This limitation applies to the website. Paid purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's terms and to your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected by this paragraph.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website or the app after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country in which you live, and nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
